Leevin Accommodation

Leevin Home+ offers shared accommodation in houses located a short walking distance from Cork city centre. Guests are international students / young professionals who need a house for a short stay in Cork.

Supplies

Please note that:​

  • All check-ins are self-check-ins. Guests check-in using the key box that opens with a password, where the key can be retrieved.

​

  • For check-out, the system is similar: guests leave the key at the indicated box on the property.

​

  • Each room and bed will be indicated with a number and the student must occupy the same number indicated in the booking confirmation email.

Additional information

  • The property must be left in the same condition as it is found on arrival.

​

  • Students will be asked to pay a security deposit of €100 in cash to our Team member residing in the property on the check-in date.This amount will be refunded on the check-out date.

​

  • Guests must have checked-out by 11 am.

​

  • All accommodation is fully furnished and common spaces are shared. 

​

  • Guests have access to a fully furnished kitchen and a washing machine.

​

  • Free Wi-Fi

​

  • One set of bed linen is included but NO towels.

​

  •  All bills are included (electricity, gas, water, bins)

​

Cleaning:

​

Leevin Home+ accommodation offer a weekly cleaning service. Do not forget to remove all your food from the cupboards, fridge & freezer before check-out.

Maintenance:

To ensure that everything goes smoothly, Leevin Home+ have a maintenance team on hand in case any problems occur at the property.

Price

€215 (single) / €165 (twin) per week

single room, €165p/w (sharing twin room) several locations in city centre – minimum booking 2 weeks

Cancellation Policy

 Reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before the check-in date.


 50% will be charged in case of cancellation up to 14 days before the check-in date.


 No refunds in case of early check-out.
