Arrival
If you ask CEW to organize your accommodation, it will be for a maximum of 3 weeks, subject to availability. It is the student's responsibility to secure their own accommodation after the initial 3 week booking.
Student’s airport pick up:
- Students can request an airport/bus station collection on arrival for €50.
- A taxi will take the student directly to the house/apartment.
If no airport pickup requested:
Students need to make their way from the airport / bus or train station to the accommodation.
Deposit - Agreement and check-in /out:
- All EazyCity clients will need to pay €100 deposit and sign the online check-in agreement before their
arrival. The accommodation address will be shared only once the deposit payment has been received and the copy of the accommodation agreement signed.
- All check-ins (from 15:00) will be self-check ins.
- €100 security deposit. This must be paid before the student arrives and can be paid online at the following

- At the end of the stay the deposit will be refunded to the client less a €50 check-out fee (this covers professional cleaning and laundry).

The location of the house/apartment will be confirmed approximately 1 week before the student’s arrival.
Energy supplement: €12.50 per week will be added to the fees
Accommodation
The houses are fully equipped with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron/ironing board, TV/DVD player, cooker,microwave, fridge, etc (no hairdryer). There is a wireless internet connection.
One set of bed linen is included
but NO towels.
Cleaning: The regular cleaning of the common areas is the responsibility of the tenants in the house and they will need to
contribute to keep the house clean and in good condition. EazyCity provides a monthly professional cleaning of the
common areas to ensure good standards are maintained.
House Security: All doors and windows should be closed and locked on entering / leaving the property. EazyCity have
notices in all properties as tenants have to act responsibly at all times for their own safety and the safety of their fellow
tenants.
Check-out Procedure
Your bedroom must be clean:
- Including the floor and under the bed.
- Please use the vacuum cleaner or mop to clean the floor.
- Put your bed linen in a plastic bag for EazyCork staff to collect and fold the duvet at the end of the bed.
The bathroom:
-Whether in your bedroom or outside of your bedroom must be clean. This includes the floor, sink, toilet and shower.
- Please remove all of your toiletries before leaving.
Please remove all of your food from the cupboard, fridge and freezer.
Please ensure all common areas (hall, kitchen, living room and bathrooms) are clean including floors, worktops etc.
No extra rubbish bags should be outside of bins at the property.
Check-out Procedure
Check-out is between 08:00 - 12:00, Monday to Sunday

Cancellation policy:
Accommodation bookings should be cancelled not less than 3 weeks before the arrival date to avoid incurring a cancellation
fee (2 weeks fee). Advance notice is required before checking out: 7 days. Checking out without providing the adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit paid on arrival. Please ensure that you follow the above procedure in order to receive your full security deposit.

€215 (single) / €165 (twin) per week
single room, €165p/w (sharing twin room) several locations in city centre – minimum booking 2 weeks
In the event that our accommodation provider cancels the accommodation (before your course commences) due to circumstances out of our control we reserve the right to cancel the course. In the unlikely event of this happening we will endeavour to reschedule the course and accommodation dates (subject to availability); if we cannot secure alternative accommodation we will reimburse the course and accommodation fee. We will not reimburse other costs (travel/flight expenses) and other expenditure you have incurred. As with all travel, CEW recommends you purchase travel insurance for any trip.
